Return and Warranty Policy

Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
- Condition for Return: To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, unaltered, and unpainted, maintaining the same condition as when it was received.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued for the item's purchase price only. Items that are modified or used, as well as those returned outside the 30-day window, are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Special Considerations
- Return Packaging: Return packaging will not be supplied.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or broken item, contact us immediately and provide photos of both the package and the item.
- Freight Shipments: All freight shipments are not returnable.
- Non-Returnable Orders: Domestic USA and international orders shipping outside of the United States, Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), Virgin Islands (VI), APO/FPO addresses, or Canada are not returnable.
Modifying or Cancelling Orders

United States, PR, GU, VI, HI, APO/FPO, or Canada:
- Contact us at info@mfauto.com promptly after placing your order if you need to make changes or cancel it. Verify your order details before finalizing it during the "Order Review" stage of checkout.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
- If you need to alter the delivery address for an order already in transit via UPS, a $10 fee per package will apply. Orders shipped via USPS cannot be modified while in transit.
- International Orders: For orders shipped outside of the United States, PR, GU, VI, APO/FPO, or Canada, no changes or adjustments can be made once the order is placed. Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.
